OUR PROGRAM

We provide the foundations for an ongoing love of music in a fun and encouraging environment.

​

Our keyboard program aids in the development of finger dexterity and coordination as well as with aural skills, note reading, and theory skills. Learning an instrument builds confidence, creativity, and also patience. It develops memory, encourages the habit of regular practice, and gives children a sense of achievement.

 

Within our program, each child progresses at their own pace with the help of our supportive staff. Here at Music Foundations, we incorporate a mix of classic piano pieces as well as modern day arrangements to engage our students.

We have an annual class performance which gives the students the opportunity to play for parents and peers. We also provide twice-yearly written reports detailing progress made throughout the year.
